''Meet the Press with Kristen Welker,” the longest-running television show in history, is looking for an Executive Assistant with exceptional research skills and attention to detail. This person should have a demonstrated passion for politics, and professional initiative to support the brand across its platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Support Moderator and Senior Vice President with scheduling and expenses
• Support team with administrative coordination and planning
• Book travel as needed
• Produce guest research and write questions for “Meet the Press” Moderator and Producers
• Generate and pitch show ideas and program guests
• Assist with show production, including graphics and tape elements, as needed
• Assist with broadcast guests
• Assist with show transcription efforts
• Produce content for show website and social media platforms
• Work closely with Executive Producer, Moderator, Senior Producer and Producers
• Effectively collaborate with show staff
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
• Must be willing to work in Washington, D.C.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be available to work Saturdays & Sundays, as well as evenings and holidays as required

Additional Requirements:
• Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
