Executive Assistant for Corporate Communications, NBCUniversal, New York, NY.
NBCUniversal is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Communications Officer and SVP, Internal Communications, with additional project support across the Corporate Communications team. This role is based in New York and operates in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities include providing day-to-day administrative support, managing calendars and scheduling, coordinating internal and external meetings, handling professional phone coverage, and ensuring executives remain on schedule. The role also involves coordinating travel and creating detailed itineraries, processing expenses through Concur, booking conference rooms, coordinating catering for meetings and events, and managing invoices, vendor setup, and payments through SNAP.
Additional duties include researching and assisting with special projects, maintaining positive relationships with internal and external partners, and handling general office and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven media environment.
