Responsibilities
The Early Careers Programme Manager is responsible for the NBCUniversal International early career pipeline programmes including: First Step Work Experience, Campus2Career Internships, Future Leaders Programme, Apprenticeships, Prince's Trust Get Started and any other early careers initiatives. The role is responsible for day to day operations including staffing, recruiting, client relationships and programming, covering approximately 100 hires per year across all programmes.
Qualifications/Requirements
Attraction, Recruitment & Onboarding
• Creating and owning recruitment strategy, outreach and partnership plans for appropriate colleges and universities at both undergraduate and graduate level; acting as a liaison for outreach with industry organisations (including diversity partner organisations), panels, job fairs etc. centered on an early career audience
• Driving a consistent and exemplary candidate experience, covering the full candidate lifecycle (attraction, recruitment, onboarding) across all NBCUniversal International early career programmes
• Owning and managing attraction, recruitment and onboarding processes for all Early Careers programmes
Programme Management
• Delivering end-to-end programmes for attraction, recruitment and engagement for all Early Career paths on an annual basis: First Step work experience (16 hires), Campus2Career Internships (65 hires), Future Leaders Programme (4 hires) and Prince's Trust Get Started (15 hires)
• Driving the management and development of the NBCUniversal International Future Leaders Programme (FLP) – a 2.5 year commercially focused accelerated development programme for recent graduates: responsible for the recruitment, assessment, on-boarding, and line management of up to 6 FLPs per intake (managing multiple intakes over the 2.5 year period)
• Designing and implementing a strategy and cohesive programme in response to the Apprenticeship Levy
Development
• Delivering a compelling development offering appropriate to each of the programmes covering a mixture of relevant business learnings and essential skills (CV Surgery, Interview Skills and more)
• Serving as primary liaison with the wider international and domestic early careers programme teams to share learning and drive global strategy and efficiencies
People Management
• Manage and develop an Early Careers coordinator (also based in London)
Education
and Qualifications
• Relevant experience in Human Resources, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, or Organisational Development, driving an Early Careers or similar programme(s)
• Passionate about Recruitment, Talent Management and People Development
• Experience managing development programmes end-to-end
• Flexible/team worker, collaborative in style and values
• Able to juggle multiple tasks, set own deadlines and deliver against them, including managing and prioritising conflicting programme timelines on an annual basis
