The Human Resources Director role has overall responsibility for the design, development and delivery of effective HR strategies and execution in the areas of workforce and resource planning, talent acquisition and retention, succession planning, and compensation strategies.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Drive strategic HR-related planning, talent management, compensation planning, manager coaching, employee development, succession planning, and performance management
• Collaborate on a strategic and tactical level with operating leaders on a variety of Human Resource and business-related initiatives to support organization and operational goals
• Interpret and implement HR policies, practices and procedures for managers, teams, and individual employees that further the mission, values, and strategic vision of the business
• Manage staffing process working with clients and partnering with our internal talent acquisition team
• Work with leaders and employees to establish and maintain a positive work environment, act as an employee advocate and culture ambassador
• Work to resolve employee and organizational issues
• Identify and recruit key digital and functional talent for critical open roles
• Partner with HR leaders and teams across the company on employee related matters including Talent Acquisition, Inclusion, Compensation, Fair Employment Practices, HR Operations, etc.
• Work closely with Employment Law & Labor Relations to create and execute a comprehensive employee relations strategy.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field of study
• 7 years professional HR experience with proven success in partnering with senior leaders in a fast paced, 24/7 environment. Experience in Sports Media is a plus
• Previous Employee Relations/Labor Relations experience in a Union environment preferred.

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
