Role Summary
The Campus2Career Coordinator is responsible for supporting NBCUniversal's internship program in recruiting and on boarding student interns and supporting the day-to-day operations of the program. This position will report to the Manager, Campus Programs.
Responsibilities
• On-Boarding interns – Distribute, collect, process and maintain new intern paperwork (applications, acknowledgements, background checks, etc.)
• Campus Recruiting Support – Support campus recruiter(s) and overall team campus recruiting efforts. Prepare logistical and tactical support for full-cycle on-campus and in-office recruiting activity. Post jobs on campus and BrassRing, manage candidate details, attend career fairs, campus information sessions and other campus recruiting events as needed
• Event Planning – Coordinate event/workshop logistics for on-campus and in-office events. Work with internal and external vendors to executive flawless event planning support. Order catering, book meeting space, secure A/V, ship collateral, etc.
• Internship Program Support – Communicate pertinent information with and provide assistance to student interns, intern supervisors, and business partners as needed
• Reporting – Provide statistical data to HR representatives when needed
• Facilitation – Conduct orientation and facilitate some intern programming and training
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of related work experience, which could include recruiting on campus or at career fairs as well as conducting interviews, assessing candidates for internships or full time jobs

DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or related field
• Prior media industry experience is preferred
• Strong public speaking, interpersonal, and assessment skills
• Individual should be a team player and have the ability to manage/lead a department
• Process outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Strong follow-up skills and ability to interact with management of all levels
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems, Recruiting Tools and Microsoft Office
