Role Summary:
The KARAMO show is seeking an ASSOCIATE PRODUCER to assist with all aspects of the show's booking of guests and production of segments. This is a project/limited term position with an estimated duration of approximately 6 months unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.
Responsibilities:
• Pitch and book compelling guests/two stories to appear on the show on a weekly basis
• Travel and meet guests upon arrival to Stamford
• Communicate with Producer about guests and production needs
• Handle all guest paperwork with Production, Legal & Accounting teams
• Assist Show Producer and delegate to Production Assistants as needed
• Show day procedures: assist with guest arrival, wardrobe, and additional production/show day needs
• Liaise with Production to make sure all expenditures are accounted for and pre-approved
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
• Minimum 1-year professional TV experience with a talk show or news program or other relevant entertainment experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams and navigating the internet

• Must be able to work in Stamford, CT and remotely
• Must be willing to work overtime, nights, holidays, and weekends, often with short notice
• Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program
Desired Characteristics
• Experience with Daytime talk
• Minimum 2 years TV Production experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and previous experience booking guests for television
• Strong research skills
• Detail oriented

• Ability to follow direction and work independently when necessary
• Superior organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
