Responsibilities
Role Purpose
This position will provide administrative support to the head of East Coast Employment Law.
Responsibilities
• Handle heavy telephone contact with all levels of internal and external executives in a professional manner
• Schedule and coordinate large and small meetings using Microsoft Outlook and maintain related calendar invites and materials
• Handle all administrative duties related to the scheduling of training seminars
• Prepare correspondence for mailing/distribution
• Prepare expense reports and check requests
• File, fax, photocopy, and messenger correspondence and documents
• Maintain and organize files
• Coordinate and handle all travel arrangements
• Interact and maintain relationships with members of other business units within NBCUniversal as well as with third parties
• Process outside legal counsel invoices using TyMetrix e-billing system
• Draft form agreements including separation and settlement agreements
• Assist in inputting information into our claims and investigations management system
• Facilitate in capturing feedback during culture assessments
• Perform other related duties to support the departmental team as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar administrative capacity
• Extremely knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
