Responsibilities
• Collaborate with all NBCUniversal and Comcast businesses to create partnerships that serve evolving business needs
• Manage and oversee campaigns for Symphony priorities utilizing all available assets to help drive business results
• Advise the Chair, NBCUniversal Marketing Council on prioritization of marketing and strategic initiatives based on knowledge of Comcast NBCUniversal's strategic goals, and priorities of business units
• Maximize portfolio assets, technology platforms, and research resources in order to maximize reach and efficacy of Symphony campaigns
• Negotiate global enterprise agreements & manage overall global relationship with leading digital ad platforms on behalf of Comcast, NBCUniversal, and Sky business units
• Collaborate with Enterprise Data team and business units to test use of first-party data for targeting/optimization; consult on use of data based on insights from case studies
• Partner with internal NBCU teams to continually measure, report, and optimize campaigns, including audience targeting to improve effectiveness of on-air and digital cross-channel inventory
• Manage media agency team assigned to Corporate/Symphony group
• Responsible for people management and development of Director-level direct reports
• Oversee all budgets, calendars, inventory, planning, internal communication, etc. for all Marketing Council and Symphony initiatives
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
/Requirements
• Minimum 10 years of media, promotion, marketing and advertising experience

• Must be willing to travel and work long hours, and on weekends with short notice
• Must be willing to work in New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older

• Experience with traditional and non-traditional marketing platforms, including the ever-evolving media landscape
• Familiarity with ad tech, targeting, and media measurement technology and platforms
