Position Overview:
This role is ideal for a creative, organized, and collaborative professional who’s passionate about building a career in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and digital storytelling. You’ll report to the Manager, Talent Brand, and work closely with internal partners across Talent Acquisition, Corporate Communications, and our business units to help attract top talent through engaging content and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Campaigns
• You’ll support the development of creative assets that showcase NBCU’s culture and achievements, collaborating with our lead in-house designer from concept to final approval. These assets may appear across platforms like our careers site, email campaigns, and WorkAtNBCU social channels.
• You’ll be an expert on our brand guidelines, bringing the “Here you can” spirit to life through graphics, videos, and written content.
• You’ll build and implement CRM email marketing newsletters and assist in executing recruitment marketing campaigns, especially during high-volume hiring periods (e.g., intern recruitment).
• You’ll track, analyze and report on campaign performance against key metrics to inform strategy and optimize future campaigns.
Social Media & Audience Engagement
• You’ll own and manage the content calendar for our social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram).
• You’ll schedule, monitor, and approve social posts using our social media management tool (Sprout Social).
• You’ll collaborate with social media counterparts across NBCU for key cross-promotion opportunities.
• You’ll monitor audience engagement and sentiment, responding to interactions and making recommendations to improve reach and impact.
Platform & Asset Management
• You’ll conduct regular audits of our internal and external platforms to ensure content accuracy and consistency.
• You’ll manage our team’s photo libraries, publicity releases, and other creative assets (Canva).
• You’ll learn and maintain content management systems and video hosting platforms.
• You’ll update internal resources such as talking points and location-specific “sell sheets” for Recruiters.
• You’ll document workflows and processes with partners, including Corporate Communications, Inclusion, and Early Careers.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
• 2 years of experience (inclusive of internships) in Recruiting, HR, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Familiarity with social media as a business marketing tool and understanding of social analytics.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
