NBCUniversal is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Studio Services team in Atlanta, Georgia. We are seeking a creative, self-motivated individual with experience in the Film and Television Rental-House industry. The Warehouse Lead position is a direct leadership role focused on the day-to-day warehouse operations across Set Lighting & Grip and will collaborate with our other Production Services teams including: Transportation, Rental Agents, Production Representatives, Sign Shop, and Billing. This position focuses on the daily organization, logistics, quality assurance, and coaching and mentoring of the warehouse workers of the Assembly Set Lighting and Grip Operation.
We are seeking an industry professional who will be able to provide exceptional customer service, and confidently lead day-to-day Warehouse Operations. The ideal candidate will have industry experience, be able to operate across departments effectively, and have experience working with Set Lighting & Grip assets while driving quality into our inventory systems.
What You'll Do:
• Directly lead a team of warehouse workers to support daily operations
• Drive standardization and controls in workflow between rental agents, warehouse floor staff and drivers to maximize efficiency and quality of service
• Maintain clean and accurate records of customer check-ins/outs, loss & damage, sub rental receipts and returns, and completed pull lists
• Quality assurance of all packages outbound/inbound, including end-to-end processes for equipment damage and reimbursement.
• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound flow of warehouse dock activity including receiving, shipping, and truck scheduling
• Act as a business operations subject matter expert of RTPro; able to stand in for your team if/when needed to support daily operations
• Actively review condition of lighting equipment assets, making recommendations to the business on disposition
• Generate accurate repair invoices and communicate loss & damage cost to client efficiently and effectively
• Run daily activity confirmation reports and partner with rental agents to complete
• Effectively manage inventory flow to minimize sub rentals and manage expedient sub rental returns, including regional transfer processes
• Monitor inventory to avoid stock-outs, and partner with inventory team to support forecasting needs
• Generate customer quotes/coordinate sub rentals and create pull lists along with rental agents during periods of high-volume production support
• Manage routine maintenance and repair schedules on a variety of equipment from LED fixture firmware updates to inspection of chain hoists
• Provide outstanding customer service to existing and potential clients by being courteous, responsive, and resourceful.
• Make expert substitution recommendations to clients to optimize available inventory.
• Assist accounting department in rectifying invoice and PO discrepancies with Clients and Vendors.
• Support inventory cycle count physical and systemic requirements to maintain compliance; transfers, counts, physical inventory, on-time receiving, posting, and root cause analysis support.

What You Must Have:
• 4 years of experience in operations managing teams
• Must be able to operate a forklift and maintain a valid drivers license
• Experience in Film and Television Lighting and Grip Equipment and understanding of the impact of LED lighting on the industry.
• Experience working in Rental Tracker Pro
• Ability to travel domestically and international to support offsite Rental operations when necessary
• Experience with holding a team accountable for upholding company standards and executing on your directives.
