This is a Full Time Job
Responsibilities:
• Provide cross-functional analytical support to Labor Relations, Fair Employment and Workplace Initiatives, Employment Law, and other Labor & Employment client groups
• Develop and enhance financial models to support Labor Relations negotiations across Entertainment, Broadcast, and Parks
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, Operations & Technology, and other stakeholders to understand business processes and collect relevant data
• Gather, prepare, and synthesize information for AMPTP, union, and internal reporting requests, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Translate complex data into clear narratives, delivering insights, trends, and recommendations to senior leaders and cross-functional partners
• Build and maintain presentations and dashboards to share key insights and improve stakeholder visibility into labor and workforce trends
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows, enhance data integrity, automate reporting, and optimize case management system performance
• Support technology initiatives, including system design, testing, implementation, data validation, and migration
• Lead or contribute to special projects and ad hoc analyses as business needs evolve
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data modeling, visualization, and reporting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling) and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Solid communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership
Desired Characteristics
• Proficiency with Power BI (including DAX) and Microsoft Access, with the ability to build and maintain analytical models and dashboards.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts, including the ability to query, extract, join, and analyze data across multiple systems or datasets.
• Experience with case management and project management tools
This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
