NBCUniversal Boston is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Marketing Planner to support our multi-platform sales efforts across NBC10 Boston, NBC Sports Boston, Telemundo Nueva Inglaterra, and NECN. This hybrid role combines strategic marketing planning with production coordination, with a strong emphasis on executing digital campaigns and driving innovation. The ideal candidate will be a proactive collaborator, supporting Account Executives and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact sponsorships and marketing solutions across linear, digital, OTT, and social platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Production Coordination
• Act as a central liaison between sales, marketing, creative, and production teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of campaign elements.
• Manage production materials for live and pre-recorded programming.
• Coordinate creative assets (logos, copy, banners, video, etc.) and ensure alignment with client objectives and brand standards.
• Support promotional initiatives, including ticketing logistics, guest tracking, and event sponsorships.
Client & Internal Support
• Build and maintain organized campaign calendars, trackers, timelines, and sales materials.
• Assist Account Executives with pitch decks, recap presentations, and tentpole materials.
• Track and ensure execution of sponsored elements across all platforms.
• Stay informed on industry trends, digital innovations, and competitive insights to inform campaign strategy and client recommendations.
Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution
• Lead the planning, execution, and tracking of digital sponsorships across lifestyle, news, and sports programming.
• Collaborate with Digital Campaign Managers and the Cross-Platform Sales Director to deliver seamless digital campaigns across Peacock, OTT, social media, and display.
• Monitor digital delivery and performance; create client-facing recaps and identify areas for optimization and growth.
• Integrate digital capabilities into all sales materials, identifying new opportunities to enhance client campaigns.
• Proactively identify out-of-the-box marketing solutions that align with client objectives with NBCUniversal’s portfolio offerings.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
• 2 years experience in sales, marketing, or campaign planning, preferably in media or entertainment
