The NBCU Cable Entertainment Operations Manager is responsible for leading and managing team initiatives. Partner with leads across marketing and​ all key areas of the business with the goal of optimizing our tools and processes. Solution-oriented, innovative focus on improving efficiency and effectiveness of our workflows across the business. Includes cross functional collaboration with​ other departments, while reporting to Senior Director, NBCU Cable Entertainment Operations
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support, lead and implement consistent processes and best practices across a variety of marketing disciplines​
• Become an expert and champion our tools and systems (including but not limited to Slack, Airtable, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Frame.io, Source Audio, Stock Footage/Image and Font Foundries, etc) ​
• Review, co-author and maintain legal agreements and vendor onboarding rules and regulations for the production team​
• Develop relationships with diverse external creative and production partners who can elevate the overall profile of the network and the quality of output​
• Seek out partners across the NBCU org to audit and learn best practices
• Partner with the Post-Production side of our team to align on tools, best practices, processes and workflows​
• Maintain up to date information and resources across our platforms and communication tools
• Foster relationships with team leads across all disciplines​
• Work with team to create yearly roadmaps and project prioritization
• Identify and report on project KPIs utilizing data and team insights for year end reporting
• Manage special projects as needed
• Assist in planning and executing team events / experiences
• Train and manage Pages and/or Interns assigned to the team
Mentor junior staff on the team
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3 years of operations or project management experience

• Experience working in Airtable or similar

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
• Willingness to work overtime, and on weekends with short notice
• Must be willing to work in New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA office
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary range: $80,000 - $105,000 (bonus eligible)
