NBC Universal Owned Television Stations is the division of NBCUniversal that includes 11 local NBC television stations, 28 local Telemundo stations, 5 Regional Sports Networks and their digital channels and websites, as well as a group of out-of-home properties and a production company. The stations produce and deliver compelling and unique local news, information and entertainment programming to viewers in the communities they serve, which include New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Dallas-Fort Worth, Washington, D.C., Miami, San Diego and Connecticut, with a goal of connecting to their audiences anytime and anywhere.
Job Description
• Write, produce and edit game, program, social, marketing and promotional material
• Create and manage Sponsor elements in a timely fashion â€'' across multiple platforms including Sports Broadcasts
• Edit show features and long-form programming
• Write, produce and edit Social and Digital Media Marketing Content
• Design show opens and a feature animations
• Ideate and develop marketing content and campaigns that grow audience share
• Edit game opens, teasers and highlight material
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
• Communications or related degree preferred
• Min. 2-4years of Avid (or similar) Editing experience
• Must be willing to work in-office in Philadelphia, Pa.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Cinema 4D(a plus)
• Strong organizational skills with ability to meet tight deadlines
Desired Qualifications • Thorough knowledge of local & national sports
• Must be detail-oriented and organized, and have a proven track record in multitasking
• Must be a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision but also is able to work effectively within a team environment
• Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
