Responsibilities
The Coordinator, One Platform Creative Development is responsible for supporting revenue-generating partnership solutions across all platforms for NBCUniversal's, TODAY Show.
Reporting to the Creative Development Manager, this position will play an active role in supporting the team to market, execute, and manage integrated marketing partnerships.
Duties And Responsibilities
• Track and record marketing campaign elements across a variety of executions at one time
• Join calls with stakeholders across production, legal & standards, sales, clients and agencies, helping to organize the need-to-know takeaways for the TODAY team
• Provide project management support for executions in the form of timeline creation, finance tracking and other administrative responsibilities as needed
• Provide RFP/proposal support in the form of collaborative creative ideation and guided write ups
• Manage TODAY's repository of sales materials and team tracker
Qualifications
/Requirements
• College Degree, or equivalent work experience
• 1 years of experience at an agency, media company, and sales organization where the individual was responsible for or privy to client management, presentation development, creative or campaign management
Desired Characteristics
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and learning as you go
• Strong organizational skills â€'' ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent writing skillsâ€''presentation development a plus
• Knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and Monday.com
• Familiarity with the creative development process, Integrated Marketing and/or Ad Sales
• Strong interpersonal skills - with internal and external clients
• Finger on the pulse current and emerging social, digital, and streaming platforms; as well as, what's driving the current cultural conversation
