This is a Full Time Job
The Coordinator, Internal Communications will support employee communications, internal campaigns, and events for NBCU’s Corporate Communications function. This individual will play a critical part in shaping innovative internal communications strategies and is a creative, motivated self-starter with exceptional attention to detail, a passion for data-driven insights, and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Support content development for internal communications channels including newsletters, intranet, and digital screens
• Support communications and production needs for internal events including town halls, employee activations, screenings, and other special programming
• Writing and maintenance of internal communications documents including messaging and slide decks
• Develop and maintain content intake process for internal communications requests
• Maintain internal communications calendar and key dates in team Airtable
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications/Public Relations/Journalism
• 1 year of professional experience, preferably in communications or media relations
• Fluency in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, preferred
• Familiarity with Emma, Canva, Airtable and AppSpace preferred

• Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and with a team
• Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time
• Natural interest in entertainment and media
This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
