Entertainment Coordinator (Unscripted Alternative)

Responsibilities

The Entertainment Coordinator will support the Unscripted Alternative Development team within the NBCUniversal Entertainment Content team, working across the NBCUniversal TV portfolio, including Peacock, NBC, USA, and SYFY Networks. The position also serves as office liaison, communicating with internal divisions as well as the external business and creative community.

Responsibilities

• Manage heavy phones, calendar & contact management
• Maintain pitch and submission logs; track statuses of incoming projects
• Manage expenses and coordinate travel
• Interface with creative executives, agents, producers and talent on a regular basis and therefore professionalism and great customer service is needed
• Tracking and creating internal docs (i.e. managing status of grids, pitches, and projects, putting together creative keynotes, decks, and documents for development)
• Share creative insight and conduct research for development and internal projects.
• Complete other development and administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree and 1 years of on-desk industry experience
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Keynote, GSuite (Google Sheets and Google Docs), and social media platforms
• Professional phone skills, organizational, multi-tasking and communication skills
• Experience supporting executives
• Knowledge of the TV industry and digital content landscape
