Job Title: Designer/Motion Graphics Animator
Location: Los Angeles, CA

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and animate motion graphics for on-air creative, campaign promo spots, paid media, social media, and digital platforms
• Customize branded original promo graphics toolkits and evolve them as needed
• Develop concepts individually and in collaboration with teams based on creative briefs
• Design logos for show titles and custom creative for live activation events, outdoor billboards, promotional merchandise, and digital banners
• Produce digital assets and stylescapes based on campaign creative
• Create mood boards, social media content toolkits, and style guides for partners and agencies
• Contribute to presentation decks and brainstorms with creative teams
• Collaborate with writers, producers, editors, art directors, and creative directors

Qualifications:
• Ability to design graphics packages from concept to completion
• Ability to conceptualize and execute key art composites and other campaign assets
• Strong time and project management skills
• Proficiency in troubleshooting After Effects issues, including intermediate knowledge of After Effects expressions
• Familiarity with Photoshop and After Effects compositing (rotoscoping, green screen, tracking)
• Strong communication skills in hybrid work settings, excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects

Desired Characteristics:
• Professional working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• College degree in Design or a related field
• Website with design portfolio and motion show reel for review
• Passion for motion design and innovative ideas

Compensation:
• Salary range: $70,000 - $95,000
