Responsibilities
Roll Summary:
Works with SVP and Global Publicity team to manage A-list talent across multiple film titles for all publicity driven activity, as well as many marketing initiatives. The position will be responsible for managing and engaging A-list talent across multiple titles. Manages select international territories on individual market plans and publicity strategy. Love of dinosaurs is a plus!
Essential Responsibilities:
• Collates and oversees all tours/regional junkets in APAC/LATAM region
• Talent Liaison â€'' handle day to day correspondence with talent representatives on all publicity and marketing asks.
• In concert with the team, secure and deliver talent for global marketing and publicity initiatives including but not limited to trailer launches, special shoots, content days, junkets, appearances, press tours, film festivals, conventions, publicity stunts and premieres
• Handle talent and their teams on-site (premieres, appearances, content days, junkets, screening Q&As, award shows, podcasts, radio, photoshoots), including guidance and key messaging
• Oversees LATAM Territories
• Sends global press requests to talent and reps
• Help team manage global publicity dates and publicity report
• Manage agency support
• Provide territories talent parameters for publicity events
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Must be willing to join the Publicist union
• 5 years relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications or related study
Eligibility Requirements:
• Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV online to be considered
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be willing to join the Local 600 Union
• Must be able to work nights and weekends
• Must submit an attestation disclosing your COVID-19 vaccination status and, if partially or fully vaccinated, submitting your vaccination record no later than 7 days following commencement of employment
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at the commencement of employment or must undergo regular COVID-19 testing if Company determines your job position requires accessing an NBCUniversal worksite
