Responsibilities
The Franchise Operations Sr. Project Manager is responsible for management and production of all creative and marketing materials including: creative & strategic alignment to support the business strategy, creative strategy development, design process including: preparing and maintaining milestone schedule, managing project budgets, executive & legal approvals. They are also responsible for managing and maintaining the day-to-day relationship with internal business stakeholders, serving as liaison to assure consistent and effective communication. Implement and lead process efficiencies within the Franchise organization.
Strategic, Innovative, Partnership, Operational Excellence and Executive management are key leadership traits we're looking for in this position.
Responsibilities
include:
• Manage creative workflow and efficiencies for design team from job start through final delivery.
• Ability to understand and articulate creative vision supporting the business goals.
• Manage day-to-day hot sheet with all creative projects and priorities within their design pod to assure projects are on track.
• Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders and executives to present creative strategy & design aligning to the business brief.
• Provide timely communication to business partners outlining next steps, timelines, etc. to ensure alignment.
• Facilitate creative changes based upon stakeholder notes and concerns.
• Problem-solve issues that arise with timelines, budget, feedback, shift in direction and unplanned projects.
• Maintain optimal balance for designers and manage external resource allocation based on budgets.
• Manage creative assets and archiving of all projects and artwork.
• Ensure final delivery of all projects meets deadlines and budget.
• Partner with asset management & production team to ensure they are aware of deadlines and priorities.
Qualifications
/Requirements
• 5-7 years of Project Management experience required
• Bachelor's degree required
• Demonstrated ability to lead both direct reports as well as peer partners
• Demonstrated ability to manage a large volume of work effectively and efficiently
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills required
• Experience in Advertising/Creative Services Production and/or Post Production required
Desired Characteristics
• Ability to influence others at all organizational levels (from junior to executive levels)
• Ability to think strategically and conceptually
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge/understanding of technical aspects of Print and AV production
• Excel skill level 2 is a minimum requirement; higher levels a plus
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and QuickTime Pro a plus
• Experience working with Creative Artists a plus
• Prior experience working with “C†level Executives
