Responsibilities
Role Purpose
The scripted Senior Manager provides essential support to the Production & Operations team and creative executives on Development and Series 3rd party projects of various scales. For each project, this individual will work with the teams and production companies on driving the production process forward with an emphasis on communication, documentation, and financial accountability.
Responsibilities
• Explain production and technical standards, show formatting, deal memos, financial reporting, insurance, production and safety policies, and wrap requirements to various 3rd party production companies and answer questions regarding network requirements
• Act as liaison between 3rd party production companies and all internal departments
• Review cash flow payment schedules submitted by 3rd party production companies and make recommendations to senior management
• Provide necessary information to production & operations department to have 3rd party production specifications manuals created and review the manuals for accuracy before distribution
• Review and approve pilot and series wrap bibles, ensuring that all materials are received and accurate before release of final payments
• Review COVID plans and budgets for compliance
• Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on-time and report any issues to senior management
• Observe all department and company guidelines
• Perform additional departmental tasks as assigned

• 4 years Production Management, on production Coordinating or Supervising, or related experience required
• 3 years of Media/Entertainment required
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
