Job Description:
The UPHE Creative Group is responsible for developing, managing, and delivering all global creative assets for the Home Entertainment release of Universal Intellectual Property as well as Focus Features, 1440 and Partner Titles.

Working closely with creative VPs, this position is responsible for the scheduling, development/execution and delivery of Audio-Visual materials supporting the global digital and physical release of UPHE titles.

This position interfaces with various Home Entertainment departments including, but not limited to: Domestic and International Brand, Publicity, Digital Distribution/New Media, Digital Marketing, Customer Marketing, Operations and Emerging Technology.

Must be able to quickly adapt to a fast-paced rapidly changing environment and be poised to help drive our business forward into the future of new technologies , ever changing platforms and windows.

Essential Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development and execution of the creation of: EST and HMV trailers, PVOD and VOD spots, TV Broadcast Spots, Organic and Paid Social, Publicity/Promotional Materials, Reels and Film Clips to name a few.
• Manage AV workflow with VPs, partners, and vendors (both internal and external).
• Manage daily activities including Briefing Producers on Creative Direction; Ordering assets for project set-up; Finishing Memos; Dub Orders; Graphic Requests; Reel Compilations; Technical Issue Resolution; Billing.
• Work with VPs and Brand Marketing on spot messaging and development.
• English Language International, Latin American Spanish and French-Canadian spot creation and delivery.
• Routing of materials to Legal, Music, MPA and Networks.
• Attend review and status meetings with various departments discussing upcoming projects, campaign scope, creative needs, and timing.
• Presentation of AV materials to senior management teams including Brand Marketing and Theatrical.
• Strong familiarity of the social media landscape and experience creating social media assets with specific size configurations for Facebook, Snap, Instagram, Tik Tok et al.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts degree in a related Art, Creative, Marketing, Film or Communication field is required.
• 5 years of experience in a leadership position in the entertainment/technology field.
