Responsibilities include:
• Concepts and executes creative strategy, campaign and tools for business as assigned.
• Develops campaigns and tools that unlock business and brand, ensuring exceptional creative quality across any given Franchise ecosystem.
• Ensure that design projects align with brand guideline, maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines, ensuring consistency across design project and deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand feedback and incorporate design principles into the design process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including studio and character art group to ensure cohesive concept and storyline
• High level design expertise and impeccable knowledge of craft.
• As a Franchise shepherd, ensures ownership of projects from start to finish
• Oversees deliverables, inclusive of: style guides, asset packs and seasonal deliveries to align with business priorities, packaging and retail guidelines and subsequent approvals
• Go-to brand expert in the characters/stories/content of NBCU entities
• Mentors design skills across internal and external teams.
Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years' experience working as a graphic designer (2 in a manager capacity)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
• Best in class diversified portfolio
• Expert level proficiency in Adobe CS, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Keynote
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree preferred
Additional Requirements:
• Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary range: $95,000 - $130,000 (bonus eligible)
