Responsibilities
Employee Relations & Professional Development
• Serve as primary 1-on-1 professional development coach for approximately 40-50 West Coast Pages while they are on assignment.
• Conduct regular check-in meetings focused on Page development and performance, including having difficult feedback conversations.
• Act as first point of contact for LA-based Pages with employee relations matters, partnering with HR, payroll, benefits, etc. as needed.
• Schedule and conduct exit interviews for departing Pages, tracking feedback and identifying trends; collect and analyze data to report up to Program Manager/leadership; make recommendations based on insights.
Talent Development Support & Execution
• Under the supervision of the WC Page Program Manager, plan and deliver a robust quarterly 3-week onboarding experience for groups of approximately 10 – 12 new Pages, which includes booking and scheduling guest speakers, and some facilitation.
• Act as cultural ambassador of the company to our newest Pages, helping them seamlessly integrate and acclimate to NBCUniversal.
• Manage and oversee Page peer mentor program as a part of the onboarding experience.
• Assist with the facilitation, and logistical organization of Page training throughout the year.
• Serve as a culture champion by cultivating and promoting a fun, inclusive and collaborative West Coast Page Program community.
• Organize and execute large-scale Page events, celebrations and meetings.
Program Process Support
• Provide support throughout all stages of quarterly Page candidate recruitment and selection process. Duties may include candidate communication, in-person interview logistics, offer letter processing, etc.
• Support Program Manager on successful management of quarterly Page rotational assignment placements.
• Work with Pages on additional scheduling needs outside of their assignment rotations
• Assist and oversee billing process for assignment rotations
Qualifications
/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Talent Development or Program Management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project coordination, analytical abilities and business acumen
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
