Responsibilities
The Role
Based in Shanghai, the role of the Retail Marketing Manager will report to the head of Universal Brand Development Group Greater China, and in charge of the following primary responsibilities:
• Assists the head of UBD Greater China to develop local online & offline retail and online ecommerce marketing initiatives to promote maximum sell-in and sell-through.
• Aligns with brand creative and franchise marketing teams to follow through with brand creative guidelines and franchise marketing calendar.
• Works closely with category and e-commerce teams to maximize franchises exposures and their values in retail marketing programs, effectively implement retail marketing initiatives and achieve retail objectives.
• Be accountable for the necessity and results of local in-store and online campaigns and promotions and ensure the flawless execution of overall retail marketing strategies.
• Aligns in-store and ecommerce with Advertising, PR and social to create compelling launches.
• Be knowledgeable about the targets and performance of local stores (online & offline) and knows clearly which marketing levers need to be activated as needed to impact KPIs.
• Maintains harmonize and efficient relationships with key business partners and ecommerce platforms/channels for best deliveries.
• Creates and coordinates the retail marketing budget process with functional team to ensure all expenses are under control.

• University degree required
• A minimum of 5 years' experiences in a similar role with in-depth knowledge of Retail KPIs
• Experience within the Go-To-Market process for an omni-channel retailer
• Ability to establish and lead a multi-layered retail marketing strategy and plan
• Strong time management in multi-tasking and meeting deadlines and being resilient in working within a fast-moving environment
• Solid interpersonal, networking and negotiating skills
• An unwavering commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Fully proficient with Microsoft office software, especially in PPT
