Responsibilities
Project Manager StudioPost ADR Stages, Client Services and Editorial Scheduling
The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day scheduling operations of the Sound Department's
ADR Stages and Client Services. The Project Manager will assist the TV Sound Operations Manager with editorial scheduling and billing. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: work with clients to schedule ADR stages and act as liaison between clients and ADR stages, actively reach out to clients to confirm parking and client services needs on the ADR stages, input and maintain ADR stage schedules in ScheduAll, coordinate remote sessions with connecting facilities and engineers.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage ADR stages and Listening Room schedules for all projects
• Confirm ADR schedules and negotiate stage availability with clients
• Set up parking and coordinate food requests for talent and clients coming to ADR sessions
• Coordinate ADR materials between the client and the ADR mixers
• Coordinate remote sessions with clients and engineering
• Provide call times to ADR mixers daily
• Prepare Listening Room logs and provide completed logs to the Billing Department
• Send daily ADR Confirmations to clients and Sound Department
• Track ADR mixers' availability
• Update and adjust ScheduAll as needed
• Project month-end and quarter-end scheduling for Finance Department
• Provide back-up for TV Sound Operations Manager as needed
• Field high volume of phone calls and emails
• Attend meetings as needed
• Assist department with special projects
• All other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education or experience in post-production sound preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to quick changes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with focus on teamwork and client satisfaction
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Google Calendar, and knowledge of scheduling programs such as ScheduAll
• Wants to work in a fast-pace, dynamic and diverse environment
