Production Assistant

This is a project/limited term position, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed. The Producer Assistant provides administrative support to the to the daily shows En Casa Con Telemundo, Suelta la Sopa, LatinX Now, & El Colador Job Duties:
• Provides day-to-day administrative support to the daily show Producers.
• Schedules and Attends daily meetings, takes notes and follows up on action items.
• Coordinates access for daily show guests and talent, ensuring compliance with EHS protocols
• Escorts guests, talent and new hires from reception to respective areas.
• Monitors and order department office supplies.
• Tracks orders and ensures timely delivery.
• Coordinates travel arrangements and prepares detailed itineraries.
• Acts as a liaison between departments and producers.
• Responds to and anticipates requests from producers, providing fast, accurate, and thoughtful replies; follow up on action items on behalf of the producers as needed.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Works under the direct supervision of EP & Director, Content Production and is responsible for completing any other tasks as assigned by supervisor Qualifications Additional Requirements:
• This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.
