Responsibilities
The Post Production Scheduling Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day scheduling operations of the Sound Department's TV Mix Stages and Client Services for 30-40 TV projects. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: work with clients to schedule mix stages, act as liaison with sound clients and TV mix stage crews, actively reach out to clients to confirm parking and client service needs on the TV mix stages, input and maintain mix stage schedules in ScheduAll, coordinate remote playbacks.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage TV mix stages scheduling for 30-40 TV projects
• Work with Director and Manager of TV Sound to identify available TV mix stages for incoming projects
• Develop working relationships with TV Stage Mixers
• Confirm mix schedules and negotiate available mix dates with Clients
• Coordinate special requests with Clients for mix days and season/series finales
• Coordinate remote playbacks with Clients and Engineering team
• Communicate frequently with stage mixers about their schedules and track availability
• Project month-end and quarter-end scheduling for Finance Department
• Maintain status reports for TV projects
• Provide back-up to ADR and Foley scheduling
• Update and adjust ScheduAll as needed
• Provide client services support including organizing catering, arranging parking, and other clients service needs
• Work with Finance to review and approve overage charges to clients
• Actively participate in team meetings
• Assist department with special projects
• All other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education or experience in post-production sound preferred
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to quick changes
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with focus on teamwork and client satisfaction
• Ability to communicate with high profile talent and multiple personalities
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Google Calendar, and knowledge of scheduling programs such as ScheduAll
