Responsibilities
What You'll be Doing:
You'll join our Talent Acquisition Operations Team and report to the Director, Talent Acquisition Operations. You'll be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruiting process. You'll execute on projects and process improvement and provide functional strategy for Talent Acquisition initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Project Management/Process Optimization/Operations:
• Manage recruiting workflow components end to end
• Partner with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment process questions and assist with solutions
• Manage key recruiting projects from concept through to execution; prioritize and set expectations on activities
• Oversight and administration of various job boards
• Oversight and administration of agency contracts
• Manage training tool (Lessonly)
Event Management:
• Point of contact with D&I team to facilitate diversity events
• Partner with TA teams to plan recruiting events
• Oversee and track event budget/spending
• Manage event tool (Oleeo)
• Oversee event supplies and handle distribution of assets including: banners, table cloths, swag, event kits, etc.
• Manage relationship with exhibit vendor for large booth activations
Qualifications
/Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years talent acquisition operations experience in a large scale corporate environment

• Knowledge and experience in recruitment technology and process management
• Direct experience managing different vendors including Agencies and Job Boards
• Previous experience leading large-scale process improvement projects
• Proven ability to be flexible, adaptable and collaborative in a fast-past, ever-changing work environment
• Excellent relationship builder, able to successfully influence at all levels
• Superior interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
• Ability to perform under time constraints and meet strict deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple, high-priority projects simultaneously
• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
• Experience within the media industry a plus
