Full Time Job
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Manager, Lifecycle & Loyalty Program with a strong focus on growing our subscription loyalty program. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of audience segmentation, engagement strategies, and subscription-based models, with a key emphasis on identifying new features and rewards that enhance the program's value proposition. This role requires a data-driven mindset, creative thinking, and a passion for cultivating a loyal subscriber community through targeted outreach, relationship building, and strategic collaborations.
Responsibilities:
• Audience Segmentation and Targeting: Develop and refine audience segmentation strategies to identify high-potential customer segments for the subscription loyalty program.
• Subscriber Growth Strategy: Devise and execute comprehensive subscriber growth plans, leveraging various marketing channels, partnerships, and campaigns to expand program membership.
• Engagement and Retention: Create and implement engagement strategies and a rewards program that resonate with different subscriber segments, driving ongoing participation, satisfaction, and loyalty.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze consumer data and behavior to extract insights that inform program improvements, content recommendations, acquisition, and engagement tactics.
• Feature and Reward Innovation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop virtual rewards, NFT centric value propositions, and other new features and benefits that enhance the program's value and resonate with subscribers.
• External Partnership Development: Identify, establish, and nurture partnerships with external entities that can enhance the value proposition of the subscription loyalty program and drive subscriber acquisition and retention.
• Content Strategy: Work with content creators to develop compelling and relevant content that caters to the interests and preferences of the subscription loyalty program members.
• Campaign Execution: Develop and execute targeted campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to drive subscriber sign-ups, renewals, and upsells.
• Metrics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators related to subscriber growth, engagement, and retention, and present regular reports to senior management.
• Feedback Loop: Establish channels for receiving and acting upon subscriber feedback, ensuring continuous program enhancement and alignment with customer needs.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3 years experience in marketing, or lifecycle management
• Demonstrated experience developing, growing, and targeting specific audience segments
• Familiarity with Excel, analytics and BI platforms like Abode
• Strong presentation skills
• The ability to work independently and solve problems
• The ability to analyze and apply data to improve results
Desired Characteristics:
• Experience leveraging virtual rewards programs, subscription-based rewards programs, or NFT's
• Background developing loyalty-based rewards points programs
Additional Requirements:
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 (bonus eligible)
