Part Time Unpaid Internship
Responsibilities
An exciting 12 month opportunity for a candidate interested in Marketing, Sales and Analysis to join our Commercial Licensing Team as a Licensing Intern. The main focus of the team is to license our film titles out to third parties in countries where we do not have a Universal office.
Qualifications/Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide administrative support on the day-to-day management of territory licensees
• Support the commercial team on licensing deals and negotiations
• Conduct virtual store checks and execution reports for the commercial team
• Attend all licensing team meetings, take minutes, and circulate actions
• Understand all key systems and support the territory licensing team by inputting/maintaining/researching information as required (LMS, Avails, Royalty Reports, Slate files)
• Maintain key licensee documentation – Licensee Landscape Overview, Travel Calendar, Contract Tracker
• Liaising with Marketing, Legal, Finance and Operations teams as required
• Support UPHE Licensing Director on specific territory licensing tasks & projects
• Provide support to territory licensing performance measurement
• Support Title licensing admin – deal reviews and title listings
Education
& Qualifications
You will be currently studying or recently graduated with a degree-level or equivalent course, seeking a 12 month internship
Essential
• Adept with Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Keen interest in Marketing, Sales and Analytics
Desirable
• Aptitude to understand the commercial side of a business
• An inquisitive self-starter with a positive attitude
• A can-do, proactive attitude
• Great team player with a willingness to contribute
• Strong organisation and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Fantastic communication skills – both written and oral
Requirements
• Must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the duration of the internship
• Fluent English is essential; additional languages may be useful
