Responsibilities
This role sits in HR Operations within NBCUniversal International HR. The overall purpose of this role is to:
• Provide HR Reporting and Analytics support to key stakeholders (e.g. HR Business Partners, Talent, Reward, Employee Engagement, Global Mobility and Finance) teams across NBCUniversal International
• Develop and provide training to HR teams on extracting data and reports from key HR systems (e.g. SAP, Business Warehouse) and analysing the output to produce insightful metrics
• Run and manage HR data audits to support HR Master Data Management processes
• Work collaboratively with Payroll, Specialist and Business HR teams to understand their HR reporting needs and help to build awareness of HR analytics
• Partner with various HR stakeholders to build and manage HR Dashboards and HR metrics
• Respond to ad-hoc HR reporting requests
• Partner with Business HR teams and analyse data to hypothesise solutions to key business challenges
• Oversee development of HR data queries as needed using SAP backend reporting, Business Warehouse, Excel and other data analysis tools
• Produce data visualisations and use data visualisation techniques and tools (e.g. Tableau) to interrogate and bring HR data to life
Qualifications/Requirements
• Experience within an HR discipline desirable but not essential
• 1 -3 years' experience in an analytical/data driven role
• Experience of working with HR systems, particularly SAP
• Experience of using SAP Business Warehouse or similar data warehouse technologies
• Experience using data visualisation/BI tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, SAP Lumira or similar
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel (Pivot tables, V-Look up etc.)
• Understanding of statistical analysis to predict outcomes and test hypotheses is desirable but not essential
• Ability to program statistical models in R is desirable but not essential
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high quality work
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Self-motivated and able to plan and deliver work without close oversight
• Strong organisational skills
• Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
