Responsibilities
The Employee Experience Specialist will work closely with the Employee Experience Director in co-ordinating, developing and implementing an holistic employee engagement strategy for NBCUniversal Global Distribution & International, in close collaboration with wider NBCUniversal businesses internationally. The strategy and its implementation will be developed in partnership with the broader HR and Corporate Communications communities.
Qualifications/Requirements
• Supporting the Employee Experience Director in co-ordinating, developing and implementing an international employee engagement strategy, in close liaison with the HR Leaders and the Corporate Communications communities
• Build stakeholder relationships across NBCUniversal employee experience community including talent development, diversity & Inclusion, facilities, IT etc.
• Partner with stakeholders across NBCUniversal businesses to build and engage the Employee Experience community
• Develop and manage relevant Employee Experience planners and documents, engaging with partners across all NBCUniversal offices to ensure consistent delivery of key projects
• Partner with our Talent teams and Corporate Communications to manage internal (intranet, NBCUNow) and external contact points (Careers Website, Linked In, Social Media) delivering relevant content and branding
• Support stakeholders in delivering and monitoring action planning and strategy based on employee opinion and self-identification surveys
• Develop and deliver the employee experience social media strategy for NGDI in collaboration with stakeholders across the HR and Comms teams and with our ERGs and other D&I stakeholders
• Support and drive the Diversity & Inclusion strategy and partner with our D&I and Employee Resource Groups to support and develop their activities and leadership and drive membership and reach
• Oversee and lead specific employee engagement and retention projects (e.g. MyMedia, thx) in line with the strategy
• Manage a regular flow of news stores and updates from the global HR community for use across internal, HR and corporate communications
• Regularly review and benchmark our Employee Engagement activity against other key organisations and identify 'best practice' opportunities
• Act as an ambassador for NBCU International's overall commitment to diversity and inclusion as a core value and business imperative

• Exemplary proven communications & engagement skills gained ideally from an HR or communications background.
• Ability to form business partnerships internally and externally with multiple stakeholders, including senior line management, human resource teams and other internal or external project based stake holders

• Understanding of social and digital strategies and technology
• Experience within media or technology industry preferred
