Responsibilities
Role Summary:This role requires experience and knowledge of the faith-based audience is well versed in working in the faith-based space across content sourcing, distribution and marketing. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with the SVP Big Idea Content Group in this exciting business: Day-to-day responsibility includes helping to manage the current content through production, marketing and distribution. This role will work closely with the Acquisitions, A&R, development, commissioning and production team as well as the wider group such as Legal, Finance, Content Strategy, Marketing & Operations & the distribution businesses including Home Entertainment, digital, TV and our broadcast partners. Essential Responsibilities:
• Learn the day-to-day business activities in order to execute on key initiatives and strategies to grow the business, leverage marketing and faith-based audience insights and help to create story and brand positioning
• Work alongside SVP Big Idea to proactively source content, as well as wider distribution, partnership & investment opportunities.
• Effectively project manage multiple title launches to ensure timely and excellent delivery of creative assets, marketing and consumer experiences for the launches
• Maintain and add to the network of faith-based contacts and partnerships to build marketing and promotional plans
• Manage internal processes, such as drafting board approval packs and track development updates on the shared internal drive
• Gather feedback and proactively resolve issues on activities and content releases
• Collaborate with SVP and the Content Group marketing team in title planning to create powerful conversation delivering marketing campaigns with faith-based insights
• Support the continuous search for new ways to build a Big Idea content “brand†and get consumers engaged
• Leverage current cultural insights to bring to stories, creative materials and in marketing communication efforts.
• Attend screenings, industry events and markets - as appropriate.
• Work alongside SVP Big Idea to deliver the annual signings target
• Work with key stakeholders, both externally (e.g. Producers, Distributors etc.) and across the Group (e.g. Distribution, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Content Strategy etc.).
Qualifications
/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years working experience in similar roles and level of responsibility
• Experience in working with faith based marketing, distribution and/or content development

Desired Characteristics
• Candidate will ideally be based in Los Angeles or Nashville although other locations would be considered
• Project management experience with proven ability to deliver assignments to deadline
• Ability to influence with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Established network of faith-based contacts and partnerships
