Job Description:
Syndication Studios is seeking a passionate, driven, experienced self-starter who has experience growing revenue and audience to work across multiple digital platforms for Access Hollywood, The Kelly Clarkson Show, The Karamo Brown Show, Steve Wilkos and more. You can adapt to an everchanging digital landscape, evolving algorithms and can strategize revenue and channel growth, improved visibility and audience engagement. You are able to make insightful reports and offer guidance on actionable items across multiple editorial and content teams.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Identify growth opportunities in content strategy, publishing, and programming in order to increase engagement, reach, and awareness of Syndication Studio's content, IP, brands, and events.
• Manage audience development and content strategies for Syndication Studios titles across platforms including but not limited to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute programming plans.
• Leverage data analytics and revenue insights to inform and positively impact content decisions during season benchmarks including awards shows, livestreams and major tentpoles across brands.
• Monitor and understand Syndication Studios and adjacent. competitors' audiences to guide development of content strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging platforms, evolving best practices, and upcoming trends to help the teams innovate.
• Collaborate with editorial leads across linear and broadcast to offer insights and opportunities for growth across platforms.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
• 8 years' experience in digital video optimization and revenue growth across platforms.
• Successful track record in growing and optimizing platforms for increased revenue, views, subscribers, and audience.
• Deep understanding of platform algorithms, ranking factors, and content optimization techniques.
• Expert in SEO, keyword and research and SEO principles.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot opportunities for improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify optimization strategies.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Additional Requirements:
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
