Coordinator, Human Resources (USH Corporate Functions)
Responsibilities
The Human Resources Coordinator provides HR Business Partner support to Managers and Exempt/Non-Exempt Team Members in the back-of-house client groups including USH Corporate Functions and Universal Creative. This position will also provide support to Talent Acquisition programs including Internship Programs. The HR Coordinator will serve as a liaison with other HR departments including Operational Staffing, Learning & Development, HRIS, Payroll and Benefits, in order to manage and resolve issues, as well as assist with HR process coordination.
Responsibilities
include but are not limited to:
• Provide day-today HR support to assigned client groups; collaborate with internal HR teams to ensure issues are escalated and resolved when necessary; ensure timely communication with clients
• Provide process coordination support to back-of-house HR pod through employee lifecycle, including but not limited to:
• New Hires, Terminations, Transfers, Status Changes, Timekeeping and Payroll
• Onboarding and Offboarding processes in partnership with internal HR teams and management
• Organizational change management activities including org charts and system alignment
• Update and maintain job descriptions
• Ongoing and Ad Hoc Reporting
• Uphold data integrity standards by maintaining accurate and timely records with filing of documentation; collaborate with internal HR teams to ensure accuracy of employee data in multiple HR systems
• Educate and empower clients to become self-sufficient in navigating self-service resources
• Provide support to Talent Acquisition on the coordination and execution of events for Internship Programs
• Collaborate with client management to support HR needs of guest-facing client groups
• Collaborate with internal UPR and NBCU teams including finance, senior leadership, and peers across HR community
• Champion HR programs including DE&I, Wellness, Community, and Team Member Engagement
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and play an active role in contributing to special projects
• Provide back up coverage and support for the HR team and additional areas needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
/Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field required
• Minimum 1 year of Human Resources experience

• SAP or HRIS experience preferred
• Experience with union workforce preferred
