How do I hire a Coordinator, Human Resources? Responsibilities
Role Summary
The HR Coordinator will implement employee guidance and support activities for the HR business partners. Key responsibilities include managing administrative support for the HR team, processing workflows, setting up meetings and maintain critical HR data. The Coordinator will also help answer employee questions and provide support for project work. This position is also responsible for interfacing and problem solving with several business partners including Talent Acquisition, Finance, Benefits, Payroll, and HR Operations.
Responsibilities
Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Support HR business partners by answering and or refer employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, employee perks, paid time off, and company policies
• Oversee employee personnel change requirement requests
• Schedule meetings, conduct entry level interviews and exit interviews
• Maintain and update personnel files, data, list, shared drives, org charts and provide general office support
• Plan and implement logistics for meetings, employee events, learning and development experiences, roundtables, including room reservations and technology set-up
• Provide on-site support during employee events
• Handle SAP HR transactions including onboarding, posting jobs, terminations, workflow forms, and data validation
• Run regular and ad hoc reports from HR systems in support of all news teams
• Assist in training, recruitment efforts, resume screening
Qualifications
/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree is required
• At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources or a similar role
• Mid to advanced expertise with Microsoft Excel (ability to process data, create pivot tables, charts and formulas) and PowerPoint
