Throughout their year in the program, Pages build skills, contribute in meaningful ways to the company and grow personally. After completion of Ambassadorship and 3 challenging, eye-opening and diverse rotations, Pages graduate from the Program uniquely positioned to tackle an exciting career in media.
In this Coordinator role, you will contribute to many aspects of our East Coast Page Program, from helping Pages start their year off successfully to ensuring they feel supported throughout their experience. In this role you can play a pivotal role in developing the future leaders of NBCU. The ideal candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of professional maturity, and have a passion for coaching and developing early career talent. Additionally, this individual must work well in a fun, collaborative and entrepreneurial team all while continuing to be an ambassador of the Program and of NBCUniversal.
Responsibilities:
East Coast Page Program Operations
• Support the scheduling efforts throughout the Page lifecycle, assigning Pages to support the Tour at NBC Studios, audience services, part-time assignments, special events, and company initiatives
• Create and distribute the weekly master schedule for Ambassadorship Pages on the East Coast, while managing necessary changes and updates in real time (including being ''on call'' on weekends, when necessary)
• Manage requests and communicate with business partners to provide and confirm Page services
• Oversee cost allocation for all Page services through STORM and other internal billing processes
• Assist Page Program team with administrative support as needed
Page Lifecycle & HR Systems Support
• Provide support throughout all stages of quarterly Page recruitment, including candidate communication, tracking referrals at all levels, evaluating transcripts, and scheduling and setting up in-person panel interviews
• Facilitate new hire HR processes for East Coast Pages including offer letters and background checks, completing I-9 verifications, and collecting new hire paperwork
• Execute all HR transactions in SAP to support the Page lifecycle, from onboarding through termination in New York:
• Onboard Pages in SAP, create Page records in STORM, assist with direct deposit, and process special payments
• Complete termination transactions in SAP for exiting Pages
• Maintain census report and other employee data for East Pages
• Support transition process for Pages post-Program including collecting uniforms, and maintaining accurate records of Page conversions and exits
• Serve as primary contact for Pages for TimeKeeper to ensure accurate facilitation of payroll
• Serve as expert of and contact for all Page Program policies, including paid time off policy
• Obtain necessary approvals and escalate HR issues and questions to Page Program Team
• Provide admin support for West Coast Page Program as needed
HR Generalist Support
• Work closely with and support East Coast Ambassadorship Pages throughout first three months of the Program
• Provide coaching and feedback to Ambassadorship Pages to support their learning and development
HR Specialist/Talent Development Support
• Partner with Page Program Team and Talent Development Team to handle logistics for all Page development experiences, including regularly scheduled labs, onboarding, and other training
• Submit room reservations, manage catering, and track participant attendance
• Work with Page Program team to develop and help facilitate content for Page learning labs
Page Office Management
• Manage distribution, organization, and maintenance of Page uniforms, including coordinating dry cleaning and fittings, managing uniform inventory, and ordering new uniforms
• Manage and maintain the Page Office (office supplies, Facility needs, IT needs, etc.) and inventory of Page Program-branded supplies and materials
• Assist with supply of Page Program-branded supplies and materials
• Work with Page Program Director to process and reconcile all invoices and expenses per Page Program budget

Desired Characteristics
What You Bring:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required
• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, working with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Must be willing to work overtime and on weekends as needed
• Demonstrated ability to understand, enforce, and effectively convey important policies
