Responsibilities
Role Purpose
The Contacts Specialist, Corporate Legal Affairs will be responsible for managing contracts, drafting and processing NDAs, reviewing and advising on amendments & ordering documents, conducting legal research on digital technology issues and providing general assistance to the group attorneys.
Responsibilities
• Edit, review and draft legal documents including transactional agreements, non-disclosure agreements, amendments, consents, form letters, etc. under attorney supervision
• Draft executive summaries of agreements and deals coming out of the Technology Transactions legal group
• Perform legal research as it relates to Digital Products and Technology and other Corporate Transactions matters
• Manage contracts and other legal agreements for the Corporate Transactions legal group including the Digital Products and Technology legal group
• Organize and maintain documents electronic filing systems
Qualifications
/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
•Minimum 2 years paralegal experience at law firm or comparable in-house position
•Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience required
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
