Responsibilities
OVERVIEW
We are looking for a data-driven digital programming coordinator that will support the publishing strategy and editorial team to amplify content across our owned and operated platforms.

You are a succinct and clear communicator who will help execute the strategy to drive growth in engagement and user loyalty through online platforms.
Reporting to Director of User Acquisition and Engagement within the NBCUniversal International Networks division, the candidate will be responsible for supporting content curation, syndication partners, local editorial efforts along with supporting the daily operations for the international E! website and all other NBCU International Networks digital media properties.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, technically savvy problem solver with superior customer service skills to join us.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with the Performance Marketing Manager to monitor performance across digital platforms including social media properties and identify trends, top performers, key celebrities, etc.
• Suggest editorial SEO changes as well as work with content leaders serving our audience compelling and organic search friendly stories each day
• Assist the Editorial and Marketing Teams with day-to-day activities including daily website curation, video ingestion, and approvals, and editorial communications
• Maintain parity with US editions of Eonline.com regarding content and curation strategy
• Troubleshoot syndication and content issues with technical teams, QA, and stakeholders as they arise
• Work closely with editorial and marketing teams to review, resolve and respond to each inbound request
• Assist in programming the content on the front doors of the E! website, and newsletters
• Generate mobile web- / app-only content ideas and work with the Growth Marketing team to execute
• Liaise with the product and design teams regarding UX, look, and functionality of the website, mobile web, and app
• Work with product, operations, and ad sales on optimal revenue-driving placements throughout the site
Qualifications
/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree is required with experience in Journalism, Digital Marketing, or similar
• At least 2 years digital media experience, including some cross-platform programming using CMSs and ESPs
• Experience with CMS platforms
• Data and SEO savvy, preferably with experience using tools like Omniture, SimilarWeb, and Google Trends.
• Strong awareness of the entertainment news landscape including content aggregators and syndicated news platforms (Apple News, MSN, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to deliver under tight deadlines
• Knowledge and a strong interest in the digital landscape
• Experience working with multiple cultures around Latin America
• Be solution-oriented and have the ability to innovate
• Must be a detailed-oriented self-starter and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel (including formulas)
• Must be available and willing to work extended hours as occasionally needed (during crunch times!) per day or per week, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs
• Ability to speak English, Spanish and Portuguese proficiently
• Celebrity and pop culture obsessed
