Responsibilities
Role Summary
The Candidate Experience Manager will be part of the Talent Acquisition Operations Team. This thought leader will be responsible for overseeing our team of 15 coordinators, our first and most direct line of communication to our candidates. This is an opportunity for someone to redefine each touchpoint of the interview process leading with the values of our Employee Value Proposition. This leader will work hand-in-hand with our Events Manager and Talent Brand Manager to ensure a strategic, streamlined and consistent end-to-end experience is delivered at every step of the process.
Responsibilities:
• Incorporate & reflect NBCU's gold standard approach in candidate communications and interactions
• Manage team of on-site and off-site coordinators to ensure consistent and timely communication to candidates
• Redefine a streamlined approach for candidate experience through the full candidate lifecycle from application through offer and onboarding across multiple lines of business
• Enhance or implement tools and/or software applications that will aid in the streamlining of candidate experience
• Leverage EVP to tell NBCU's story through candidate communications. Develop effective communication channels for candidates and measure effectiveness of campaigns and programs through data and analytics
• Provide tools & trainings to Recruiters to ensure efficiency and consistency of candidate talking points
• Effectively influence the flow of communication with stakeholders across all of NBCU's businesses including but not limited to HR, Hiring Managers, Facilities Management, etc.
• Partner with HR and other stakeholders on similar Ops projects that relate to informing our candidate base
• Work with our Events Manager & Talent Branding Manager to ensure consistency across touchpoints
Qualifications
/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in recruitment process, consumer marketing, or other relevant skillsets
• Previous experience with Candidate or Customer experience

• Ability to effectively motivate and guide recruiters operationally in high-volume recruiting environments
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, able to build and execute a plan with many moving pieces without letting anything fall through the cracks
• Superior interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
• Experience within the media industry a plus
