NBC Sports Digital & Consumer Businesses are seeking a Project Administrator to join our Creative Solutions team in Minneapolis, MN. A self-motivated and highly-organized individual with an understanding of digital video, on-air, print and digital design formats is an ideal candidate. This role is responsible for organizing projects, project tracking, client and vendor communications, brand management, apparel logo management and helping to deliver all projects on time and on budget. The Project Administrator will have the opportunity to focus on our youth sports businesses including SportsEngine, TourneyMachine, GoMotion, and more, as well as oversee the creative workflow for exciting NBC Sports tentpole events like the Winter and Summer Olympics. • Traffic all job requests, apply job numbers and instate fulfillment process; research, estimating, establish production schedules, add to status sheets and assist in delivering projects
• Understand the requirements and responsibilities of each team within creative solutions
• Manage expense reports, ensuring jobs are being tracked correctly
• Identify available resources and assign individual responsibilities to creative team
• Primary contact/liaison for marketing leads and youth sports creative team, liaising on materials, information, etc. required to complete projects
• Ensure that deadlines are met and all are held accountable
• Maintain project status reports for creative solutions
• Work with outside vendors for estimates and production of premium items, print items & services
• Create and maintain vendor relations; keep vendor database current
• Brand Management - Oversee all internal and external branded materials. Maintain and distribution of brand guidelines and QC as needed
• Quality control all apparel embroidery and premium items
• Process all invoices, vendor setup and approvals via SNAP system
• Order supplies & materials for creative solutions team
• Coordinate courier deliveries as needed
• Work directly with internal clients and teams

Qualifications/Requirements
• 2 years of print production experience preferably within advertising, printer/reprographics business, production, digital & customer service oriented environments
• Knowledge of print productions & production estimating (i.e. off-set, digital techniques, silkscreen, large format, embroidery, industrial etc.)
• Mac OS skills and knowledge of Adobe Apps, typing & math skills with a command of Word & Excel
• Proficient with Project Management tools, experience with Teamwork a plus
• Knowledge of primary digital formats and delivery methods. Example: .pds, .eps, .png, .jpg, etc.
• Work effectively with management and executive leaders
• Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines within this fast-paced environment
• Extremely detail oriented and highly organized
• Confident and professional phone presence
