The Opportunity
The Quality Control Specialist will assist with vendor management and quality control of coding for NRG's global research, including online surveys and videos, in person intercepts, recruited audiences, and exit polls. The candidate must be reliable, able to work independently and as part of a team, and be an effective communicator to all levels of management, vendors, and teams. The ability to multi-task, stay organized, and have a high level of attention to detail will be critical.
The Role
Liaise with third party vendor to execute open ended coding for online surveys, in person intercepts, screenings, exit polling, and tracking from project set-up through completion.
Oversee the data quality of our market research coding deliverables by reviewing coding files for accuracy and providing real time feedback to the third party vendor.
Monitor vendor progress and ensure projects are on track to be delivered by their deadlines.
Assist in the logging of detailed story summaries during pilot season.

College degree preferred.
Ideal Candidate
1+ years of professional experience. Market research coding experience preferred. Experience in project management or market research operations a plus.
Excellent computer skills, including high proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong interest in motion pictures and the entertainment industry is a requirement.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent typing skills.
Position Type
This is a temporary, part-time non-exempt position based in Los Angeles. The start date is ideally 3/1/2020, and the end date, while open for review, will be in the first week of May 2020.
Candidates must be very flexible in regard to hours, as the schedule will change each week and many shifts will be on-call. Candidates will be required to attend recruited audience screenings in the evenings and stay overnight until coding is completed. Candidates will also often work Saturdays and Sundays.
