The Opportunity
We are seeking a Screenings Manager to provide onsite event management for research screenings, manage onsite screening staff and provide high level customer service to our Studio Clients and screening audience.
The Role
-Work to provide excellent onsite screening service from start to finish, including staff management, paperwork and audience tracking, equipment and oversight of security procedures.
-Manage onsite staff to assure duties are performed correctly and all employees receive adequate training.
-Provide a high level of customer service to screening attendees, clients, and NRG client team members.
-Willing to learn and suggest new technology and processes that can be implemented into the screenings process to build efficiencies and improve the screening experience.
-Must be comfortable supervising both tablet and paper based screenings and helping troubleshoot any issues faced by respondents.
-Administrative office coordination, including staffing scheduling, supply management and audience management, as time allows.
-Stay abreast of entertainment industry/social media trends, theatrical release calendar, and weekly trailer launches.

Ideal Candidate
-1-3 years of relevant experience working in administration management and/or customer service; experience at an entertainment or digital media company a plus.
-Event coordinator and large staff management experience is beneficial but not required.
-BA/BS (suggested but not required) with a strong academic record.
-Strong interest in motion pictures and the entertainment industry is a plus.
-Knowledge and comfort in using the entire Microsoft suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint.
-Comfort and proficiency in learning department specific software.
-Setting up and troubleshoot technology, including printers, tablets, and scanners.
Position Type
This is a full-time, exempt position. Hours of work and days vary and will include evenings and weekends.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position will have supervisory responsibility to our onsite screening staff.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment in Burbank as well as in movie theaters for recruited audience screenings. This role routinely uses standard office equipment, including but not limited to computers, phones, photocopiers, and scanners.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand for long periods of time; walk; use hands; and reach with hands and arms. Being able to lift or move equipment that may weigh up to 25 lbs. Being able to kneel or crouch to set-up ground based equipment.
Travel
This position may require some travel in the future.
