The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Assistant to work directly with our CEO. In this role, you will bring your intellectual curiosity and entrepreneurial mindset to drive key initiatives at a cutting edge, quickly growing company. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, personable, and capable of managing workloads and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. This is a critical role and requires someone highly organized. The Role
Coordinate mission critical strategic projects and reports for the CEO.
Coordinate client events such as dinners or presentations.
Assist in preparing the CEO for events such as panel discussions and conferences.
Coordinate the CEO's schedule, ensuring that all meetings, deadlines, presentations and other duties are performed seamlessly.
Manage the CEO's time to ensure schedule stays on track.
Communicate directly, and on behalf of the CEO, with executives and staff throughout the organization.
Develop a strong understanding of the needs of the organization and ability to prioritize conflicting needs as necessary.
Coordinate the CEO's communications, including phone calls, internal and external correspondence.
Make travel arrangements, coordinate flights, accommodations and other itinerary specifics.
Prepare and submit expense reports.
Who You Are
1-3 years' relevant experience; recent graduates with relevant workplace experience may also be considered.
BA/BS in business, economics or related field with a strong academic record.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent Microsoft Office, Google office tools and/or Apple productivity suite of tools.
Strong interest and/or experience in entertainment and technology.
Experience in a research agency a plus.
Ideal Candidate

Able to work harmoniously and effectively within a team and across teams.
Comfortable handling all matters proactively and able to follow through on projects to successful completion.
