Full Time Job
Responsible for administrative and coordinating duties for NGC's Production Management department. This position supports Senior Vice President, Production Management to ensure accurate project tracking, clear communication, and efficient work processes.
Responsibilities:
Support SVP, Production Management and NGC Production Management department.
• Coordinate, schedule and collate Materials for all meetings which include SVP, Production Management, key internal workgroups, and Production Management department.
• Provide/run technical support during meetings and take notes of action points.
• Coordinate travel and reconcile T&E against Departmental budget.
• Create and/or amend reports generated out of Pitch and VPS.
• Source/print treatments, budgets, and schedules for review.
• Special projects, as requested, including but not limited to ordering premiums, mailing items to clients etc.
• Enter and/or update information captured in FileMaker Pro (FMP).
• Maintain Coordinator workflow process and handbook.
• Provide administrative support for production manuals and documents such as the Production Management Handbook, Credit Templates etc.
• Generate weekly, monthly Production and Production Management reports including workload reports.
Collaborate with SVP, Production Management re: Strategic Initiatives
• Create/revise workflows to improve efficiencies with key internal workgroups etc. regarding Production Management's day to day workflow.
• Maintain/update Production Management workflow documents collaborating with the Associate Director, Production Management and Production Executive.
Partner with SVP, Production Management to unit manage productions with third party productions companies from Development to Final Payment.
• Collaborate with Associate Director, Production Management to learn PMD workflow/processes when working with a third party production company.
• Distribute NGC's tech specs, materials list, and templates and manage protocol re: deliverables, and schedule changes with key internal departments.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors or equivalent experience in unscripted television work experience.
• Two years of production or related administrative support experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with production and post-production process is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Working knowledge of FileMaker Pro is a plus.
