Coordinator, Campaign Planning (Disney Junior & Disney Channel)
Job Summary:
The Coordinator, Campaign Planning works with the Managers, Campaign Planning (Disney Junior and Disney Channel) in supporting the execution of the campaign plans for Disney Junior, Disney Junior Block, Disney Channel, Disney XD and D+. The coordinator is responsible for helping enter all promotional elements into the Marketing 360 database (m360) for Disney Junior, Disney Junior Block, Disney Channel, Disney XD and D+. The role requires the ability to prioritize the entry of these elements in m360, the capacity to facilitate updates to these elements and/or schedule changes in a timely and accurate manner, and to communicate these updates to key departments (i.e. Creative Marketing, Production Management, Paid Media, Communications, Media Planning Scheduling, Multi-Platform Programing, Programing, Traffic, Mastering, Media Services, etc.). An understanding of promotional landscapes (promos, bumpers, interstitials, etc.), and a willingness to dive into the kid's television landscape with an interest in kids programming is a plus. The coordinator will also be supporting the Manager of Reporting to provide general reporting functions for Disney Branded Television and National Geographic linear networks.
Responsibilities:
• Effectively help enter all campaign elements into m360 for Disney Junior, Disney Junior Block, Disney Channel, Disney XD, D+, YouTube Channels lifts, TVE APP, DisneyNOW promotion and short form content pieces.
• Maintain knowledge of the Disney Branded Television priorities and available promotional elements to help drive ratings/impressions/engagement and enrich viewing experience on both linear and non-linear platforms.
• Maintain a broad knowledge of the kid's television landscape by researching competitive platforms, both linear and non-linear.
• Develop a clear understanding of promotional terms, formats and on-air look, both internally and competitively.
• Work with the following departments under the Manager's supervision to ensure the proper airing of all promotional and program elements for Disney Junior, Disney Junior Block, Disney Channel, Disney XD and D+: Media Planning, Programming, Multi-Platform Programming, Production Management, Creative Marketing, Motion Design, Communications, Strategy, Franchise, Paid Media, S&P, Traffic, Mastering and Media Operations.
• Responsible for helping enter all AD IDs in Wide Orbit Traffic System to be used for on-air and off-air scheduling for Disney Junior, Disney Junior Block, Disney Channel and Disney XD.
• Generate reports and queries to assist in the analysis of promotional elements for Disney Junior, Disney Junior Block, Disney Channel, Disney XD and D+.
• Attend meetings with the Campaign Planning and Reporting teams including, but not limited to: Media Planning Traffic Meeting, Marketing & Creative Production Status Report Meeting, Campaign Planning Weekly (presentation of Campaign Plans) and Programming Bi-Monthly Meetings.
• Assist Manager of reporting in the use of the promo & traffic systems to extract data, categorize and provide reports for on-air support across the multiplex of channels, including but not limited to: Company-wide synergy support for all Walt Disney Company LOBs, DisneyNOW, Corporate Franchise, Disney+, Studio, and Corporate Citizenship
• Understand and be able to speak to, not only the data provided within the reports (GRPs, Reach, Runs and Conversion) but also strategy behind the reports.
• Assist with creating and updating Media Planning decks and presentations.

Preferred Qualifications:
• 2+ years of Media Planning/Marketing Strategy preferred.
• Preferred experience with Zoom, Microsoft TEAMS, Slack, Salesforce, and Box.
Preferred Education:
• Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent experience
The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $51,120.00 to $70,290.00 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
