JOB DESCRIPTION
Department/Group Overview:
The Audience Development team is part of the DMED department (Disney Media & Entertainment Distribution), specifically National Geographic's global social audience platforms. The team works across DMED to manage, maintain, and grow our audience groups across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
Job Summary:
The Producer of Audience Development will be responsible for the execution of sponsored and branded content campaigns across National Geographic's organic social audiences. The Producer will work with internal teams including the larger Audience Development team, Global Ad Sales teams, and Marketing team to meet campaign goals and optimize campaign social strategy, increasing client satisfaction and growing campaign revenue. This position will have general supervision.
Responsibilities
and Duties of the Role:
• Oversee sponsored and branded content campaign scheduling, asset management, and coordination between the Audience Development team and Social Activation teams
• Review and communicates social approval and feedback of custom branded content for social media campaign optimization
• Ensure branded content campaigns are executed across audience channels to meet client expectations and campaign KPIs
• Analyze campaign performance, identify new opportunities to optimize and iterate on campaigns to increase performance and reach campaign goals
• Tracking and reporting social promotion and coverage of companywide priorities
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management
• Fluent in English
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organization skills
• Strong writing and copy-editing skills
• Ability to multitask and juggle multiple projects
• Knowledge of social analytics
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of ad offerings across Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
Required Education:
• Bachelor's Degree
