About the Role:

We are looking for a sharp, adaptable Personal Assistant to help keep life moving across music, gaming, automotive, and other business ventures. This isn't a 9-5 desk job, rather, it's a fast-paced, hands-on role supporting a high-profile artist and entrepreneur who has many interests and plenty of passion.

While you likely won't be booking flights, you will be making sure the right things (and people) are packed, prepped, and ready to go. From coordinating schedules and prepping for livestreams to overseeing daily logistics and handling last-minute changes - this role is all about trust, organization, flexibility, and discretion.

You will be expected to keep up with moving parts, anticipate needs, handle occasional chaos, and do it all with a calm, proactive mindset.

What You'll Be Doing:

Manage and adjust daily schedules, meetings, studio sessions, appointments, and appearances
Serve as a liaison between artist and his various partners, vendors, media, and internal teams
Assist with time-sensitive needs, personal errands, wardrobe pulls, and prep for shoots/events
Support travel by tracking itineraries, ensuring timely departures, and packing for different activations (though flight booking is handled separately)
Travel regularly - both short notice and planned - to support events, shoots, and appearances
Keep communication and logistics running smoothly in high-pressure, high-energy environments
Always maintain full confidentiality and professionalism

What We're Looking For:

Experience supporting a high-profile individual or someone with a demanding, nontraditional schedule (celebrity, artist, entrepreneur, etc.)
Proven ability to manage complex logistics, from daily to long-term planning
Tech-savvy: familiar with Google Workspace, Apple devices, messaging platforms, etc.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Grace under pressure - quick thinking, resourceful, and level-headed
Ability to anticipate needs and act without waiting for direction
Comfortable working outside of a standard schedule, including some nights, weekends, and travel
Must be willing and able to lift up to 30 lbs
Bonus if you're familiar with gaming, live streaming, touring, or car culture
