Namoff & Company, a talent management & production company, is seeking a highly organized and self motivated individual with a strong desire to build a career in talent representation. The ideal candidate must be very detail-oriented, able to handle a wide variety of tasks efficiently and with follow-through, display problem-solving skills, and have a high level of communication. Prior experience working at a talent agency, management company, or casting office is strongly preferred. The candidate must have an enthusiasm for talent representation.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to coordinating appointments and schedules, making reservations, booking travel, setting meetings, editing and uploading reels and self tapes, proofreading material, reading scripts and providing coverage, scouting and evaluating talent at showcases and festivals, corresponding with industry professionals, and assisting clients as needed.
Candidate must be NY-based. In-office days are Tuesday to Thursday.
